Magnesium is one of the most vital and powerful mineral to consume daily, as it plays an important
role in the human body and brain function. In fact, magnesium is so important that, EVERY known disease is caused by magnesium deficiency! So, if someone you know suffers from cancer, diabetes, arthritis... you know, any of those man-made diseases, it's safe to tell them right off the bat that they are deficient in magnesium. You don't need to be a doctor to tell that to someone, we are our own doctors.
